Hi, I'm Nicole Arzt—a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice, bestselling author, and the founder of Psychotherapy Memes. I wear a lot of hats, and I feel incredibly privileged to embody each one.

I started this business just before beginning my first therapy traineeship. Like many new therapists, I was juggling long hours and a low-paying internship. I offered website copywriting to fellow clinicians as a way to make ends meet. What began as a practical solution quickly evolved into a meaningful calling.

Since then, I’ve worked with over 100 therapists, group practices, nonprofits, and mental health organizations—helping them communicate their work with clarity, heart, and intention.
